A male, usually 15-25 years old, usually found online, who is used for sex and then tossed aside by old guys, sometimes in exchange for food, cigarettes, drugs, money or a place to sleep.

I had another fuck boy in to satisfy my needs last night who was so-so; can't really remember because I go through so many of them.
