pump block

A pump block is some at the gym who talks your ear off while you're trying to get a pump. No matter what ever you do they follow you around and ruin your whole workout.

Dude, I hate going to the gym when Jay is here. Every time I start to do something he runs over and starts talking. He's such a Pump Block.
