Loud Talking. Talking to be heard in a noisy environment like a bar or concert. Talking loudly to drown out others talking. Talking louder than normal when excited.

That bar was so noisy i was lalking all night long and my throat is killing me.

I couldn't hear what anyone else was saying because BIll was lalking over everyone!
