Charlie (adj/verb)
Is a term used to describe the actions of a child predator or womanizer. He objectifies these demographics for his sexual pride.

Often used on siblings under the age of 14. "Charlie" is often used in this manner

"Daddy, there was a Charlie at school today!"
"Be careful, Sarah, that's a dangerous person, Charlie is a highly dangerous activity"
