Foot 69

When you foot 69 is to be in an emotional connecting mentally and physically to the point where you two rub your feet together in an unorderly fashion usually when you are sitting across from somebody. It kind of resembles the sex position 69.

John and Maddie are so close in their relationship that they are in the foot 69 phase.
