Verb. Your overall Economic projection into the world. Antonym: negative equity.

I own a modest house, a paid off car, minimal debt, zero student loans, and some think its okay to come into my life and absorb my positive equity.

Noun: Durtee Jennis. The act of interrupting a mansplain, opinion on women's rights, or dicktation, with facts on the subject or abject roasting without letting the other party complete their statement.
