"I saw that ho today! All up in tha Dolla Gentral lookin like hoo slung mung!"
A female who frequents her local Dollar General, commonly looking for sales and/or items on the penny list; anyone who loves Dolla Gentral.
Me: "Guuurrlll, wait till you see the haul I got today on the penny list!"
Friend: "You are a true DG Baddie!"
When the store manager saw all of the items I was trying to purchase off of the penny list, she got mad and said, "I ain't got time today for no DG Baddie up in here!"
A negative description of appearance, usually in reference to a female's poor state of hair, makeup, or dress; most often said of oneself, not so much directed at someone else; a hot mess.
Friend: "Come on, let's go to Dollar General."
Me: "I can't believe I'm goin up in tha Dolla Gentral lookin like hoo slung mung!"
Boyfriend: "You look fine without makeup."
Me: "Are you kidding me? I look like hoo slung mung!"
