attachment disorder

When a person forgets to attach a document to an e-mail after explicitly stating that it is present.

Erin: RE: Look at this picture!!
Message: You did not attach that picture on your last e-mail.
Jeremy: Re: RE: Look at this picture!!!
Message: I always forget to attach the picture before I hit send. I must have an attachment disorder.
