Butt Zert

When you see or hear about something that is painful and you get kind of a "jolt" or a "surge" inside. This usually occurs in the "buttal" region.

1. Oh, thanks A LOT for describing how deeply you cut your finger! That totally gave me a Butt Zert!

2. I get a Butt Zert every time I see some testicular injury scene in a frat humor movie.
