Richard Bland College. A college in the middle of nowhere that is full of hot chicks that won't screw anyone who isn't a huge douche. Everybody walks around with t-shirts that say "Richard Bland College", as if they are proud they were accepted to a college a 3rd grader could get into.

Student: "Hey mom! I was accepted to RBC!"
Mother: "That's great, how did you do that?"
Student: "I opened the door to admissions and they said 'If your smart enough to do that, your smart enough to go here.'"
