To forcibly remove one or both sleeves off a shirt while it is being worn. Typically done by a bro to a bro, although broettes can be involved.

Bro A: "Yo, I think it's time to rip Tim's sleeves."

Bro B: "Yeah, definitely time for a sleeve rip"
