Eight Up

Military slang for one who is due for dismissal through a Section 8 proceeding; crazy, mentally unfit, disturbed, disorganized, psychologically disturbed, a psychopath.

Also referred to "Eleven up and three down." Also referred to as "8 up like an apple."

We need to send Bobby downrange--he's all eight up!
