Term used by vapid retards on reddit lacking the ability to contribute a thoughtful reply to a conversation. Occasionally used by women frustrated by the modern dating world and needing to lash out at men who don't conform to their mindset. For men, the motivation could be used by actual incels in order to socially conform and white knight for women in the conversation, in the hopes of getting friendzoned by one of them.
Only incels go to other countries to find love.
In aviation, the person (a certified pilot with valid medical and flight review) who rides shotgun in the plane looking for traffic while the primary pilot is under the hood, primarily to reduce the cost of accruing simulated instrument time or maintaining instrument currency. Even though a safety pilot can log time just looking for traffic and not flying the plane, etiquette dictates that a safety pilot get the opportunity to switch roles occasionally, get a free $100 hamburger at the local eatery on or near the airport, or some other legal quid pro quo outcome.

A variation of the term Safety Pilot in aviation. A term not spoken but implied by arrogant pilots who want a one-sided arrangement without switching roles or paying for the other person's $100 hamburger. Usually stated as a command (i.e. "You can be my Safety Pilot!") instead of asking nicely or offering a quid pro quo arrangement.
"That asshole wanted me to be his safety bitch. Fuck him. He can go pay for an instructor if he wants hood time."
