A man of any race/color/religion who talks too much and doesn’t do what they act like they’re going to do. Basically a guy who thinks he’s hard and has too much mouth instead of action. It really boils down to someone who just talks shit and isn’t shit at the same time

Jaquan: *Angry voice* “Man shut your white ass up, I’m tired of hearing you run your mouth all the time, yous a bitch ass nigga doing all that talking. You wanna do something?”
