While taking a duece you realize you need to puke. You cannot reposition yourself so you puke while duecing, therefore you are flowing from both floors, the double decker.

wet and helpless

After a long night of drinking the next morning you are hung-over and in quite a bad place, you take a shower but mid shower you realize you need to puke, so you run to the toilet and pray to the porcelain gods, as you sit there heaving you are cold, shivering and soaking wet. Hence Wet and Helpless.
