Pass Out

To consume a vast quanity of alchohol... so much that your body decides (without your permission) to shut down for the night, resulting in a sleeping effect that is not real sleep because your brain has just shut off in fear of being damaged more than it already has.

"After a couple rounds of beer pong, Taylor totally just decided to pass out!"
"I got home last night and apparently mush have passed out, because when I woke up this morning, my jeans were still on!"
