Is when you go to a web page and there are too many pop up ads to be closed. The reason why the internet sucks.

Adam: "I want to to listen to this song but these stupid pop up ads keep coming up."
Will: "You must be stuck in some Pop Up Traffic."
Adam: "Schist. This was a good site."

slang. Is a nickname for the new Dodge Charger police, state patrol, or state trooper car.

Dude, on the way back home, I got pulled over by a Storm trooper. I was freaked out. He just came out of nowhere.
