cake eater

Slang term for gay or lesbian, i.e., having one's cake and eating it too. Also, perhaps mis-heard as "cock eater" but this is erroneous. The term is not exclusive to either gender.

"Boy, that girl's hot!"

"Don't even think about it. She's a freakin' cake eater."
