Carefully is a word used by dads and assholes alike to annoy the shit out of other people.
It is also commonly used when someone cannot be bothered to give someone a proper answer.

Person A: How did you spill your grape juice on the ceiling?
Person B: Carefully
Person A:............ Your terrible.
