Meow is said when placing one's pointer finger on their nose, also meaning not it. The last one to touch their nose and say meow has to forego the task no one else wants to do.

Sara: Who going to drive for lunch today?
Jessica: MEOW!!

Beth: .....MEOW!
Sara: ..........ah man! Guess I'm driving...
