A Poosagna occurs when a sick individual releases their bowels into a toilet and cleans up only to be over come by another wave of the liquid shits. This process continued will result in several stinky layers of paper and poop.
Thad: "Duuuude, I feel so sick, I just clogged the shitter with a four layer poosagna.."
