A Zack is like a Karen, but he does not ask for the manager, he is the manager. He will actually talk about middle age white women off the internet and use the word Karen. A middle age male Karen is called a Sean. A zack is a younger white guy who makes fun of older annoying white people while being annoying white guy. Zack's use lots of smug gifs. Because he is a millennial, he is obligated to make some gotcha remark about the advantage his generations had with technology. Zacks know the score and are on top of things, like their namesake Zack Morris from Saved By the Bell,

Zack thought it was hilarious that a woman defensively and ironically used the term Karen because she knew it was going to come out like the ok boomer that got old about 1 year ago. Zack's are clever but do not like to take what they dish out.
