Done a Hasan is a derogatory term commonly used in Sydney Australia, when one has F**ked something up. Doing a Hasan is often inferred to make a catastrophic F-up downplayed and humorous.

"you burnt the toast"- "Sorry I done a Hasan on that one"
*gets hit by car- "I done a real Hasan on crossing the road"
