The phrase uttered in many fast food outlets when something goes miserably wrong, regardless of whether anyone called Phil actually works there. However, due to the fact that it is a common name, chances are you will always have a Phil to blame it on!

The phrase said over the counter microphone whenever a hot chick enters certain food outlets. Should the phrase be unable to be said due to a female manager out back, a common practice is to press the special button 3 times on the till, displaying a message on the kitchen order screen of the same meaning.

Chick: *enters shop*
Sales assistant: "Service 64"
Kitchen staff: *stare through the food chute in awe*
