A code word used when there is a need to grin fuck a customer while giving them bad news.

Derived from the behaviour of Jacinda Adern “we are so very sorry that your flight has been delayed, what we mean is it’s cancelled and your on a bus that’s going the wrong way, but we’d ask that you be kind to your fellow passengers, because they’re all screwed as well. Meanwhile I’ll be taking your aircrew so I can get somewhere to have my photo taken.
