scream sneeze

A clamorous, spasmodic, and piercing spray of noise and mucus droplets released suddenly from the nostrils without warning.

I was about to fall asleep in bed and he suddenly scream sneezed so loud that it made me pee myself and fly off the bed. I can only imagine what the neighbors must think.
