Downing a bottle of Tennessee bourbon in one go, throwing up the excess into a bag and using an enema to butt chug the liquor/puke cocktail thus having the two liquids meet in the middle.

Very common with the juggalo and rainbow families, respectively.

Tim wanted to show the juggalo fam how wicked down with the clown he was at the gathering so he gave himself a Tennessee handshake in the middle of the crowd, everyone was very impressed!
