when social distancing and fear bears down on you
-try to establish daily routines. music, workout, get your dose of daylight, write or phone people you care about
-have positive thoughts. your memory can provide you with good times. remember them, your achievements, moments with loved ones. know that this will pass.
-think ahead. make plans, be creative, look forward
I love you.
caught myself despairing. i was like, woa, our fat pad has been our arrogance, we can easily live off that for the next months.
to be really looking forward to seeing your friend again
"i'm delighted at the thought of seeing you again after all this time. our first encounter was promising, like nothing i had felt before and i know i was tense with expectations. our ways parted and i hated you for a bit but i didnt let that get the best of me. can't we just celebrate the strange ways in which we move? we've had enough being put down.
