A visual hallucination where you see moving particles or a light source and it leaves a "trail" you can visibly see it moves. The terminology is often used in drug culture in reference to the effects of hallucinogenic drugs.
When bob waved his cigarette around while I was tripping , I was totally "catching trails" off of it.

A FICTIONAL, PARODIC disorder created by the writers of Southpark, the animated television show. This faux illness is used to exemplify how people can be unsupportive while trying to be supportive (and more simplistically, how people should mind their own business. It is logical to assume they did this to avoid offending any sensitive people with a real disorder, so they used one that didn't exist.
In real conjoined twins, there is the potential for something similar to occur, though not often on the face, called "twin embolisation syndrome" or "vanishing twin syndrome." Also visually similar to the imagined South Park disorder are craniopagus parisiticus (parasitic twin) and twin reversed arterial perfusion (TRAP).
Please note:
"conjoint" is not an acutal spelling used by the writers or by medical professionals, merely by people with poor spelling skills adding things to an open dictionary.
"Did you see that hilarious episode of South Park where they talked about 'conjoined twin myslexia?' My how we would look ignorant moron if we actually used the term like it was really a disorder."

a legitmate word meaning to pluck, or pull, and other non slang variations, but the slang variant was originally used to indicate the stage of a drug induced high, usually immediately following dosing, that indicates the climax of the high and the shift from sobriety into being extreme intoxication. Users were left alone when they "tweak," or are "tweaking out" until the initial strong effects of the drug wore off a little and they were more coherent.
The term has come to loosely refer to being high on speed, as well as unfortunately children who have been exposed to meth amphetamines in utero, parodied on shows including South Park.
You might act a little crazy when you tweak, but you'll come down in a minute or two.
