Bunk Monk

Military slang for - Someone who spends too much time by themselves (alone) in their one man room (bunk) with the door closed and possibly locked!!

Corporal to soldier “Oi, Pte Evans 512, where is Pte Jones 627?”. Pte Evans to Corporal”Sorry Cpl, I don’t know but if I had to guess he is probably making like a Bunk Monk back in the Accommodation Block”
