A person with low/lower levels of intelligence. Obviously we still love to have them as friends, but we love them cause we can make fun of them. Usually a crippling weeb.

Person 1: Did you see what *friends name* tweeted recently?
Person 2: Yeah. He’s honestly such a Knotty it’s ridiculous at this point.
Person 1: Yeah.
