To say "you are my oink", then would be used as a term endearment, in place of "I love you".

To say "quit being an oink" you're probably trying to give someone a hint they are being a dumb little weirdo.
To say "oink" alone could be used as a greeting.

"Are you ready to get all oinky in that bed over there"?

"You are the only oink for me"...

"Is that peanut butter on a marshmallow? Get that away from me, you're being such an oink".
