the deceitful act of taking another's nice yellow banana off the counter at work & replacing it with your old brown over-ripe one.
If caught, trying to pass it off as an innocent mistake.

Rob: yo Laurie!.... did you take my banana dude?

Laurie: Oh... I must have, I knew I brought a banana in today, I thought that one was mine.
