When a person at a party, normally names Julie, makes a mistake and refuses to allow help. Specifically with car parking

Oh look, Julie is doing the walk of shame because she can’t figure out parking logistics.

Someone who does poses athletic ability. Some refer to as being “Julie”. A person who is unable to catch, throw, walk, run gracefully.

Oh wow, Julie, you are so un-athletic. You couldn’t be good at sports.
