Charlotte nicknamed Charley can be known for good and bad things... such as:straight up bitch, ass, and others. She usually has blonde hair and a strong personality and confidence level ( most likely way too high of a personality and confidence level were she tries to make everyone think sheâs better than them) #honestlythough and makes everyone wanna punch her in the face. And so forth Charlotte can be good and bad. So not every Charlotte is bad some are cute and love-able when others can turn out to be a two headed snake.
