Making an irritating demand on someone for something that is of far less an importance. To irritate someone that owes you so little as if life depended on it. Complaining so much about something so little. Whining over stuff that's not worth all the effort.

A very soft and timid person. Someone with such a weak endurance and attitude, they have no bravery
He caught the guy in his house, red handed. Instead of dealing with the guy, he ran away. I don't want such a fluffbutt on my team.
