Male genitalia is sometimes referred to as a member. Therefore getting membered is slang for a woman having sex with a well endowed guy.

When a woman has sex she was membered or memberized. When has sex a second time with the same guy she is "re-membered.

Sally got membered last night by Mitch. It was so good she got re-membered by him tonight.
