Upon direct translation, it means 'No Seed' in the Hokkien language, literally. 'Seed' here, is referred to 'Testicles'. This is used on a male person who appears to be a coward or, being afraid to do anything. This slang is usually used in Singapore and some parts of Malaysia.

'Gong Gia', in the Hokkien language, literally means 'Stupid Child'. This dialect slang is usually used in Singapore and Malaysia.

"Hey John, please don't be a GONG GIA by putting your ass next to the steak on the hot-stone for Mary will not be impressed by your action."
