A real estate complex of ugly glass buildings located on the West Side of Manhattan. It's basically a billionare's dream city built by Stephen Ross for the rich and privileged to enjoy. And the rest of New Yorkers stay out, except for the wastebasket monument which doesn't have good views anyway.
