A term for someone who gets called a "narcissist" just because they prioritize their own needs, but who might be autistic and simply navigating the world in a way that neurotypicals (allistics) donât fully get. People with narci-tistic tendencies might come off as self-focused, but itâs more about them managing sensory overload, social challenges, or the double empathy problemâwhere their communication style doesnât always click with others.
