Eid

One of the two annual Islamic feast days, one, Eid ul-Fitr, ends the month of Ramadan (when a Muslim fasts) and the other, Eid ul-Adha during the Hajj or pilgrimage to Mecca.

He's spending Eid with her family this weekend; I being Christian won't get to overeat with my folks until Thanksgiving.

1) The characteristically spicy style of Mexican food of Texas, influenced by non-Mexican cuisine (i.e. Texas barbecue).
