Whether it's a lake, river, or your neighbor's poolâif itâs wet, youâre in! Why? Because apparently, it's "good for you," and who are we to argue with science (or Jake)?.
To figure out your weekly JPD average, just count up all your jumps and divide by 7. It's that simple. Now get you numbers up!
