Oogly Boogly

A term for when first-timers, or a person who doesn't do drugs very often, gets way too high. Common side-effects are uncontrollable laughter, inability to walk straight and slurring of words.

"What's the matter with Nathan?"
"He doesn't usually smoke pot, he's all oogly boogly."

"Those shrooms were awesome, they made me get oogly boogly."
