Unlike "Netflix and chill" which has the implication of sex, "Chill and Netflix" is when you are actually just going to chill out and watch something on Netflix.

Josh: Yo, you wanna Chill and Netflix?

Kate: No, I'm on my period.

Josh: Yeah, I know, I don't want to get up in that, I just want to watch Breaking Bad.
