Making all kinds of racket; Using the street like a Joy lane.

Street people bobbing and weaving with automobiles in a parade like fashion.
Disobeying the public safety rules of the road in a safe manner.
When done wrong this induces black hatred.
Personally We all need to learn to get high and fly;
Everyone needs to learn to bob and weave in a safe manner;
As it is a street people cultural expression; Which includes all peoples

Brought over here to be used as work stock not just blacks.

Which can cause damage to wheel barrings.
