That’s 10

When you, a friend, or anybody in the given situation says or does something that raises questions and/or awareness about what was said or done, stating “That’s 10” is a message to the entire group, (but with the focus of the offending person) that what they said was not socially acceptable and that a roast may be in order.

The phrase derived from the military training in the United States. When a lower level subject says or does something that a commanding officer does not find acceptable, they may say “that’s 10” in reference to 10 push ups.

In civilian culture, 10 push ups would be replaced with a discussion and/or roast about the subject

Subject: “I know she has herpes, but I would still smash, her ass is so fat”

Witness 1: “That’s 10”

Witness 2: “Yeah dude you need to not do that and take care of your body”

On bro

When yourself and a friend are engaging in homosexual interaction, saying "on bro" will counteract any presence of homosexuality. Can be easily be compared to "No Homo"

"To be honest I'm trying to fuck and that's on bro"

Bliff

Rolling a blunt of any brand/style with marijuana and the tobacco it comes with. An advanced bliff smoker may use pipe tobacco and it still is considered a bliff.

"My homie Adam just rolled a fat bliff, we are gonna get so light-headed"

"Instead of smoking cigarettes, I smoke bliffs"

Birdgang

A general way to describe a group or groups of people hanging out at a public park (often skateparks). A birdgang partakes in the use of drugs, alcohol, or nicotine while doing close to no other activities other than loitering. Generally these people are ages 13-25, and do a good job of evading the police that constantly creep up on them. Of course the police want to stop underage drug use in public parks, but hardly ever catch them in the act.

"The birdgang at Gabriel park is ridiculous. Every time I go they are always smoking cigarettes and passing around a joint"

"I saw this birdgang dude snort a fat line of ketamine on the bench over there, he looked hella sketchy"
