(NOTE: âDoing a Morrisonâ is not to be confused with âGetting Morrisonedâ, which usually involves you losing either your pre-selection (see Michael Towke), your job (see Christine Holgate), or your credit for a job well done (see nearly everyone else).)
Crew member 1: âThe shipâs taking on water. Weâre sinking. Where the bloody hellâs the captain?â
Crew member 2: âOh, heâs already done a Morrison and racked off in a lifeboat.â
Barry: âHow did you get your creditors off your back.â
Bruce: âToo easy. I told them the, ah, cheque was in the mail. Did a total Morrison.â
Delia: âDid you eat the last Tim Tam?â
Nev (wiping chocolate from his lips): âNo. It must have been⦠the other guy.â
Delia: âWhat other guy? Youâre doing a Morrison, arenât you?â
âYeah mate, it was piss easy, I just did a Morrison. Promised Iâd always love her and she believed it and gave me the money.â
