fuckboy is the equivalent to slut/skank/bitch/whore/etc. specifically for men/boys, or short: a male slut
It is often mistaken for "player" (even if he is just a male slut).

in female cases: "She slept with 10 boys in one week,... what a slut/skank/bitch/whore/etc.."
in male cases: "He slept with 10 girls in one week,... what a fuckboy."
