Plapping

The act of gently slapping a mostly flaccid penis upon the forehead, cheek, or other part of the face of another consenting adult.

Todd: “Gee Loadie, I think you’re swell. May I plap you?”
Loadie: “That would be great! I love a good plapping in the morning!”
