A long standing South African name for someone who is a gimp, a mong or generally someone who has considerably small genitals. Usually intellectually inept.

Look man you can do whatever you want, just don't be a Dylan.

Girls be weary, the Dylan usually has herpes and will dissapoint you sexually.
